I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the smiles and coos we are getting from Princess Kendall lately! I absolutely cannot get enough!
Kendall had her 2 month appointment this morning, along with her first round of the dreaded vaccinations. She weighs 11 lb s., 7 oz. (75th percentile!) and a whopping 25 inches long! She is OFF THE CHARTS for her height! She definitely seemed to inherit the height gene from both mine and hubs side of the family. :)
She handled the shots pretty well. Of course she cried and screamed, but was fine soon after and has been fine for the rest of the day, so far. Poor baby girl!
We moved her into her crib this past weekend, and I think her and I are loving it. She still wakes 2-3 times a night for a feeding, but sleeps great for the most part, and takes longer naps and sometimes sleeps longer stretches at nights in the crib as opposed to her pack and play. She looks so tiny in it though!
She is, for the most part, a happy and content baby, which makes life with 4 little ones much easier for this mama! ;)
I can't wait to see what the next couple of months bring with life with Princess Kendall. She'll be taking her first vacation next weekend when we leave for our annual family time at Santa's Village and Story Land in nearby New Hampshire. We are all looking forward to some time away from our state and with JUST US! It's going to be so fun and special! I'll be sure to update on that trip when we get back and settled after next weekend! :)
