Summer Infant's Resting Up Napper Review & Giveaway!

I have been a huge fan of Summer Infant's products since becoming a mother for the first time 4.5 years ago. Their products are always of the highest quality, affordable, innovative, and creative.

Summer Infant products recently launched a brand new product, the Summer Infant Resting Up Napper!

From their website and email info:

"Whether at home in the living room or visiting family away from home, moms are always looking for a cozy place to lay baby's head come nap time. Summer Infant's Resting Up Napper provides a comfy - and safe - place for baby to rest or sleep soundly.

This innovative chair features a 30% incline, which many pediatricians agree creates optimal sleeping conditions. The mesh sides provide breathability and since there is no hardware underneath the seat, there is no risk of mold. Many moms and babies really love nappers, and the Resting Up Napper is the safest on the market. Other features include soothing vibrations & sounds, as well as a three-point safety harness. The Resting Up Napper folds easily for transportation in the home or on family trips."

I received this product for review before Kendall was born and I could not wait to try it out!

The perfect time to try it out and really put it to the test was on our family vacation in August to New Hampshire for the weekend. With Kendall only be 2 months at the time of the trip, it was crucial to have some sort of bouncer or travel swing to set her down in and soothe her when need be. However, our travel swing we had was not going to fit in the van with everything else we had packed, even though it was small, and the bounder we have does not fold up and taking it apart to travel just seemed like a hassle. I was so excited when I found out the Summer Infant Resting Up Napper folded up for easy carrying and travel/storage, AND had a vibration box to help soothe Kendall when needed!

This seat folds up very compactly and easily, and slid right in to our van in the tiniest spot perfectly, taking up little room among everything else we needed to pack for the weekend!

When we got to the place we were staying at, the older kids all wanted to run and play at the playground there, and after the long 3 hour drive, Kendall had to get out of her car seat. The perfect option to getting out of her car seat and us being able to keep track of and play with the older kids, was to have Kendall sit in the Resting Up Napper! So we brought it outside with us and plopped her in it! How cute is she?!

This napper came in handy SO much on that trip! Whether we were outside or inside, it was a safe place to put her down when needed, and keep her semi entertained and content if she was napping or resting.

We get a lot of use out of this at home as well! It's a great little lounger. Kendall loves to sit up and watch people and things and if she is just laying flat, she gets annoyed at times so when she sits or lays in this napper, she can look around and see everyone and everything, and is much happier!

The color and design of this napper is gender neutrall so it can be used for either a boy or a girl, and washes very easily if need be. It's easy to fold out to use, and easy to store since it folds up so compact and quickly.

I can't find any negatives about it! I am a HUGE fan of this new product! Once again, Summer Infant has hit a home run with another innovative, useful, high quality product to happily satisfy both baby and mama!
